Kayn Item Buy bug

When playing kayn twice now trying to buy items has bugged and made it impossible to purchase items except low level ones such as warhammer or serrated dirk. It happened twice now and I have no idea how to recreate it. Please look into it ill try to post a gameplay soon if it happens again
