New Client Bug

I downloaded the client and i cant even get in the log in page. only a black blue screen.... GG RIOT Then i retried and it said the client was still open when i force closed it now i had to restart my laptop and still bug....

I had a bug like this one when trying to restard after a crash during a loading screen so i coulnd't play my ranked game and was busted by leaverbuster. GGrito
