Games failing to start in Ranked

Today (14.9.2016) games have been failing to start, the timer hits 0, disappears, and the game doesn't start. Summoners usually leave the lobby but I think it probably penalizes them anyway. I've been stuck in a champ select screen for 9 minutes now and this is getting frustrating. Please refer to this issue as soon as possible, as this is not an isolated issue, I've done some research with my friends list and a few people in different champ select screens, and they report the same issue. (Sources: Y3lloWClaW, ProperL, FireFront, and myself - all EUNE Summoners). Since this is a gamebreaking issue, it should be listed as a priority, but since I'm quite new to this Report a Bug interface, I do not know how to set it as a high priority ticket.

Tl;dr - Riot, I beg of you, fix the bug preventing us from entering the games in ranked. It's happened before, you can fix it again. Thank you.
