Missing champions?

I recently got back into league, and I noticed I didn't own Zilean anymore, and I know I bought him with the ip, because he was the first champion I ever owned that wasn't in free rotation, I also notice I don't own Miss Fortune anymore either, I'm not sure if this is just me or anyone else has had this problem, but it's pretty annoying to say the least.
