FPS DROPPING SINCE PATCH 7.11-7.13

I used to get around 120-200 fps before the new patches released, now when im in game, im able to get a good 10-15 minutes of stable fps before it starts dropping down to 40fps, 25 in teamfights. Anything i can do to fix this? Ive redownloaded the game, cleaned my computer, i have the latest drivers installed, and i tried repairing the launcher to see if itll do anything, but nothing seems to work.

Dude...same and i have also tried everything and nothing works. Seems like we have to wait for another patch and hope things dont go worse. item 3070
