Just had a game with constant server stuttering that every player felt

Legit just got out of a ranked game where the entire game people were stuttering and jumping around. My ping was a solid 60ms the entire time yet I was jumping around and actions weren't taking effect even if they visually happened. All my teammates felt it as well and one eventually quit because of it. The enemy team felt it was well because I could see them jumping around or just standing in one place for several seconds. Unfortunately it seems to have not been wide spread enough to warrant notice yet so I still lost LP for that game.
