6.7 Game crashes on loading screen

So last night on April 12, me and a buddy were playing ranked. We played 5 games with no problem. Just before we started those games however, I installed LOLReplay and LSI (League Summoner Info). I'm fairly sure these were not the problem but I feel it's important you know this to help fix this problem. After the 5 games I installed Razer game booster. I had it installed previously when playing LoL but I got rid of it as it was hurting my CS:GO. I reinstalled it to help Darksouls 3 run smoother. However after I installed Game Booster, we went back to LoL. That's when it happened. We queue for ranked, we lock in our champs, the timer runs out, the LoL logo appears... Then a black screen for only a second then the infamous BUG SPLAT, giving me a ranked loss in my promos and making it impossible to play.

I tried uninstalling Game Booster 1st obviously, as it was literally the ONLY thing that was changed on my CPU before we went back to LoL, this did not solve the problem. I then remembered that LOLReplay caused this problem in the past, so I uninstalled it as well to no avail. I then even got rid of LSI, this too didn't change a thing. I finally caved and reinstalled LoL after repairing did not work. After the re-installation the problem still persists and I literally CANNOT play. I even tried allowing the LoL.exe's through my firewall, still nothing.

And before you ask, yes I did get rid of every last trace of Game Booster and any programs that came with it.

Please help me solve this problem, I'll even submit more fanart to you Rito

EDIT: I also tried getting rid of the Logitech files and that still did nothing
