Welcome to the League of Lobbies. It means one or more of the other 9 people selected for that match did not hit accept. It's not a bug.
It's not a bug, but it's poorly worded. For ARAMs, it appears when people dodge, is all.
Perhaps that'll be rewritten at some point. It's been that way for about 2+ years, though.
Alright, I guess that answers it. I've had someone dodge in my games before but I didn't remember it being that notification. It also happened like 5 times in a row that's why I got concerned.
