the client stays too long on the logging on message

when i type the password and then press login the game stay on the logging on message and never opens when i restart the pc it starts but it takes a long time to and after i play 1 match and go back to client it freezes and cant play again or use chat or anything even after a while i have to close it then it goes back to not logging on again p.s patch 5.14 the pic below happens when i login and it keeps coming every 5 minutes and when i close it it appears again instantly
