Zed bug [gameplay]

Write Your Thoughts so ive been having this zed bug and its very annoying basically when I throw out my [W] and I recast it so that I switch places with the shadow, I go to the shadow but the shadow stays where it is on my screen, but when I say throw a shuriken [Q] out, its fired off from where the shadow should be and not where the shadow is due to the bug this is annoying since ive been having it a lot recently and it happens on random occasions and its hard to land your [Q] when you have to approximate where you were when you recast your [W]
