[gameplay] Jax e blocks Ilaoi w

Not sure if this was intended but Jax Counterstrike prevents Illaoi's tentacles from attacking when she uses her w. As I read the abilities, Jax e should block the damage from the attack Illaoi lands and 25% of the tentacle air, but it currently prevents the tentacles from attacking at all.
