Servers are garbage

Ping does not move and yet constantly will be unable to move for 2-5 seconds at a time. Between comcast and riot servers I'm not sure which is worse.

I'm fine and I have comast. The servers only get weird when its time for maintenance. Comcast is probably trhe same way.
