Blood moon Kennen Ultimate Invisible

Does anyone have the same issue? I played a game today and the kennen with the bloodmoon skin. Everytime when he ultimate it is invisible, but my teammate still got stun, and the dmg is also on. Riot fixxxxxxx it. orz
