[Gameplay] Sivir spellshield blocking multiple spells

I have been playing Annie top a bit lately, and within the past two weeks alone I have faced multiple Sivirs on the other team who shield both my Incinerate and Disintegrate with the same shield. If the shield is supposed to work this way, then I see no counter play to bursting her with spells. If not, needs a fix.
