Post Game Mystery Gift bug.

I recently had a game where I decided to send a teammate a mystery skin for their good attitude. It popped up and said something along the lines of "An unexpected error has occurred during the transaction. You will not be charged." I gave up on it and when back to the main page. When I went back to the main screen I had the amount deducted from my account and it popped up and said "USER has received their Tribal Ryze skin". So it went through with the purchase that it had said failed and wasn't going to charge for.
