can not see in-game champion level and names after new patch

Eversince I updated my LoL to 5.20, I can not see in-game champion level and names after new patch, eventhough I got my settings just the way they were before the patch. I tried to do some the fixes i found for the same issue back in 2013 posted.. deleting game.cfg and some hud file in menu folder fixed it
