I just lost a skin that I opened in a capsule

So I opened a capsule (I turned level 10) and got a shard for the Battlecast Poro Ward skin. I upgraded it to a permanent skin. I clicked on it to claim it (own it) and then it disappeared. I looked to see if I owned it but I don't have it. I hope you can help me.

typically a bug, re log in and it should appear if not create a support ticket

top left corner where it says explore league, hover your mouse, it opens up click on support and follow prompts
