[CLIENT] New champion select is a mastery page graveyard.

Recently I deleted a few of my mastery pages to clear things up, and I noticed that the changes did not apply to the mastery page list in the new champion select. This is really annoying, as the list shows mastery pages that do not exist, and it does not show mastery pages that do exist in the correct order. A fix for this would be nice in the next patch.
