[GAMEPLAY] Unresponsive game while playing.

During games, I cannot interact with the game. It is as if the game is not accepting any input. If i click anywhere with my mouse i get no response or if i press my abilities i also get no response. My champion just stands there unresponsive or if i happened to click anywhere before the happens, my champion will walk there but is still unresponsive. It rarely happens on its own but it happens more frequently if i open all chat and attempt to close it without typing anything. The only solutions that i found are:

1. "Alt+tab" and close.
2. use task manager to close.
3. Sometimes I'll get the options menu to pop up by pressing "ESC" and attempt to log out but if I "click keep playing" it sometimes fixes the problem. This had happened rather frequently before I took a break from league and when i started back today it happened again.
