[GAMEPLAY] Rumble turret damage

When attacking turrets and other buildings, mages will deal 1/3 of their AP as magic damage. However, in a recent game I played with , I had over 900 AP but was still doing just over 100 damage. I had a friend try it out as well. And he was having the same issue. So far I've only experienced this problem with Rumble.
