Mystery skin box showed up, but no skin received
I received the mystery skin box, however when i clicked ok nothing happened. I went to look in my skin list and I never got it, how do I get it? Is this a bug?

Unfortunately that first message actually had the title of the skin you unlocked - if you dismiss is there's no way to get it back!
Two things you can do to find out which skin you got:
Looking through your champs manually. Teambuilder is probably the easiest way, as there's no timeout Submit a ticket to Riot at http://support.leagueoflegends.com, who can check and confirm which skin you got :-)
I just had this happen to my friend who I gifted... did this get solved for you?
