Scroll Speed on Patch screen

Hi Riot

So i spoke to lovely chap on Twitter who suggested I posted this here, more of a feature request i guess.

When I scroll down with my mouse wheel on the patch screen it pages down/scrolls down incredibly fast. This is really hard to keep track of where I am on the long paragraphs etc.

Could you possibly turn this setting down or enable a choice for the user?

I should add I have changed the scroll settings on my PC, and used my mouse software. I have also even been as far as changing registry settings (I'm a Windows Technician) to try and alter this behaviour but it hasn't helped unfortunately.

Any help would be much obliged
