bug on putting the code of a incomplete card

i just bought a 20€ income card and when i put my code to have my rp i have this error code: Unknown error.try again and if the problem persists send a ticket to player support team

so my only question is did some of you had or have the same problem as me and if i ask you it s because i didn't found any tips for this specific bug. appreciate your help guys

Maybe it was not properly scanned at the shop. What do you mean "incomplete"? Did you scratch too hard and you are missing some numbers? Dont try to guess them. You should contact Player Support: https://support-leagueoflegends.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
