Can't comment and create a discussion on PBE's boards

I already have a PBE account(PBE Ingame: Cielo Azul) by linking to my NA account. I have logged into my PBE account but I can't comment and create a discussion on PBE's boards. I checked very carefully that I was logged into the PBE account. So, please fix this bug in my account, I really want to contribute something to PBE.
