Ezreal Q bug
I'm not sure if this is intentional, but Ezreal Q - Mystic Shot does not apply the burn damage from Deathfire Touch Keystone Mastery. Insight?

Abilities which apply on-hit effects (i.e. Spellblade, Fervor of Battle) don't apply on-spell effects (i.e. Rylai's Crystal Scepter's slow, Liandry's Torment's burn).
Deathfire Touch is an on-spell effect.
This is intended, though I see how there can be confusion here.
Ezreal's Q acts like a basic attack in that it procs on-hit effects. Because of this, it won't proc spell effects, and since Deathfire's Touch is a spell effect, Ezreal's Q will not proc it.
I feel as though it should have have this passive allowed as AD ezreal is in a pretty weak spot. The only viable option for him to use and benefit from all game is Fervor and Stormraiders' Surge (which most times you can't pull off). And AP Ezreal can become more massive than ever before. Even if he had this mastery work on him, I dont see him being broken because of it. It just gives him one extra option in terms of Keystones to choose from and playstyle. Fervor is a aggressive in your face type mastery on him while deathfire touch would emphasize his poke and give him a safer playstyle depending on who you play against. Fervor is still good on him, don't get me wrong. But mostly only to teams of squishies.
It's not really that it would make him too broken at all, it's just that his Q already procs on-hit effects. Any ability that procs on-hit effects will not be able to proc spell effects. That's just how the game is coded.
I understand but still believe his Q should count as spell proc only for that mastery. Yes having certain other spell proc's on that would break him like laundrys or rylais or both.
