Don't know why this happens..

So recently I've been seeing this issue happen to me. I don't know if its a bug, but it's really annoying. Sometimes I play and I can't use any of my abilities. For example, Q W E R G F D and Y don't work. I have to click on all of them in order to use them properly. It happens sometimes, and then it doesn't happen other times.. Any reason why? Thanks
