Losing Lp due to game freezing

I have been staring many ranked games and losing Lp quickly because sometimes when i go in champ select my game freezes but the chat is still there it just shows the timer as 0 for the person picking and i am forced to dodge losing Lp. I have tried to start a game three time already and this has happened is it my connect or the game? I think it may be the game because chat is still enabled so the connection is still enabled but picking or anything else in the select is frozen.

Check and see if you have ping lag, fps lag or that when you play other family members if any are using wifi and or doing something. Maybe the freeze is due to your PC not being able to run the game thoroughly? Might want to check that, run virus scans and what not to minimize the whatever is wrong.

This stupid shit is happening to me every day. I will be in champ select and all the sudden it freezes. I try to come back and it says I have abandoned the game. 2 TIMES IN A ROW. Currently on a 30 minute ban and just lost a ton of LP. I wont be surprised if it happens again. My computer has no issues on anything else and is capable of a lot more "qualified" games. Every since this 6.4+ patches, this is happening more than often. Guarantee I have lost over 50 lp from these stupid crashes. Get about 180 fps in game. NOT a frames issue Down @ 124. Up @ 26. NOT a internet problem Nobody is usually home when i'm home. Computer ALWAYS up to date and scanned. 100% sure no virus/malware.

Complete freeze and shows not running. Log in. LP lost. 30 ban and pissed off. Put in a ticket and the helpers response was a simple "Since you are dodging these queues, you are losing LP". I assume it's a Copy Paste thing to say.
