Riot or Me or Enemy?

I'm actually so irritated.

1. I lost the ranked game, I tried reconnecting almost 10 times and once I join, I can't move. On loading screen it didn't connect me to game. This has never happened to me where I can reconnect back later. It's like someone is stopping me from reconnecting.
2. I'm a competitive player and know how it feels when you have an afk on your team. I don't want to be that afk ever. I don't know why this happened. The Internet was fine.
3. I feel horrible for my teammates who I abandoned.
4. I might receive reports initially leading to a ban. Riot why did this happen, it's never happened before. There's no logical explanation besides a server issue or someone was messing with me from the enemy team.
