Shaco Passive hits twice

Experimenting with Shaco on PBE when I noticed my passive was proccing the 200% crit on monsters AND the 130% from the normal passive on one hit. so essentially hitting twice. no setup needed, just go hit something with his passive.

so you deal 330% per hit to a monster?
