[Gameplay] Lee Sin Resonating Strike

I think this is something that is starting to happen as of Patch 6.19. Lee Sin will sometimes be unable to go over a wall with his Resonating Strike if he were to land close or on the wall. I think this is most likely due to the change where Lee Sin will no longer land on top of someone after using Resonating Strike.
