NA store still down?

I haven't been able to connect to the store for almost two weeks now... I saw in the server status web page that Riot was working on the fix which is great but is there anyway i can resolve this issue on my own? I only get a blank screen when i click on the store and maybe a few minutes later it'll say the lost connection message with the Galio art. There are occasionally times where the store actually pops up but when i got to buy a mystery gift as part of a secret santa gift for a friend the client stops responding. if i'm trying to buy runes or champions all i get is the purchasing message with katarina and it doesn't work and the unlock button becomes gray as if the transaction has taken place, i don't lose any ip or rp in the process tho which is nice.
