Rakan's Passive does not interact with Runic Armor mastery

Ddaedalus··1 votes·478 views

Rakan's passive was recently bugfixed to properly interact with things that modify heals and shields, such as Windspeaker's and item 3114 , but Fey Feathers still does not interact with Runic Armor. Runic armor still buffs his Q and ally shields with his E however.
