One of the discounts in my "Your Shop" feature is Blitzcrank + his iBlitzcrank skin for 70% off (price is 642 RP). When trying to purchase it, I get a pop-up that says "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later."
The other discounts seem to be working fine, since I bought a Garen skin from it with no issues. Any idea what might be causing this issue or how to fix it?
Blitz is still on sale, and you can't buy it in Your Shop while it's on sale in the store. You can either buy Blitz separately or just wait a little bit for him to go off sale. If you are purchasing him with RP I suggest waiting since the discount is larger, but you can buy him with IP first too. His sale ends today.
If this personal shop works like the previous ones, then the reason behind this is because you don't own Blitzcrank, and he is currently on sale in the regular store.
You can do one of two things:
1.) You can buy him right now for 50% of his RP price in the regular store (or for his IP price), which will then allow you to buy the skin from your personal shop for whatever discount you have there.
or
2.) You can wait until tomorrow for when Blitzcrank will no longer be on sale, then you will be able to buy both Blitzcrank and the skin from your personal shop.
If the discount you have in your personal shop is lower than 50%, or you are willing to purchase Blitzcrank with IP, then I recommend option 1. If the discount is greater than 50%, then I recommend waiting.
