Can't Choose a champ

So sometimes when I go to choose a champ and then back out of it to type in the chat my champs all become unclickable. The entire view of them also become slightly blurred. Now I have gotten an afk queue wait time because it won't let me select a champ. So now I am fighttened to start a game cause I don't want a leaver buster. This has happened to me 3 times today.
