Lag spikes

I'm not sure if i'm the only one getting this, but yesterday ( the 16th of may) i've been getting 200 ping lag spikes once a game. I've checked with other games such as CSGO, for honor, r6 seige, and dota 2. This didn't occur during playtime on any of them other than league.
