Honor level 1 apparently doesn't exist for me?

So I been grinding and I mean damn grinding for that honor level 1 since I was banned previously for 2 weeks 1 for inting and 1 for toxicity yeah well uhhh..... I don't what to say I'm toxic to be fair though cho gaths ult shouldn't do 2k damage and I wouldn't of gotten that ban... Ok well that's completely off topic the bug I'm confused about is after many games of "reforming" he he I got this pop up it said honor level 1 I was like finally. Then I went to my profile still says honor level 0? I thought maybe it takes a bit to load waits 2 weeks still at honor level 0 even after the honor level 1 pop up. Please give me my honor level 1 and on a side note completely unrelated please also nerf cho gath thanks sincerely, Tyler1 fan boy I mean Unreformed Ty1.
