Viktor's Ult has a mind of it's own.

I don't know if it is just me, but for the past seven or so games with Viktor I've been noticing that my Ult tends to gain a mind of it's own once I use it. Rather then going to follow a champion I click on, it has a hard pull towards bot lane no matter where I am on the map. When I do click to redirect it to follow the said champion when I see it going to bot lane, it shudders slightly as if it knows that it wants me to have it go to the enemy champion but instead continues on it's path down to bot. This "bug" is very annoying when I try to burst down my opponents or run them down to win mid to late game. Any ideas on what the issue is? Better yet, is anyone else having this issue?
