I haven't been able to play a game in three days because of this. I have sent a ticket, done everything the Blitzcrank Bot told me to do and requested a human and i am still waiting for a response. It has almost been an entire day without an email or response from riot. I cannot move in practice tool. It makes my discord not work, as i can still hear the people in the call with me, and discord knows i am transmitting voice, but nobody can hear. I'm so frustrated. The only articles i can find that are remotely similar were YEARS ago. Someone please help. I have the arcade pass and it's only going to waste. I have sent tracert. I've hrt. I've completely deleted my C/Riotgames and E/Riotgames. I've ipconfig. I've restarted router. Restarted modem. Restarted PC. Disabled firewall. Made exceptions in my firewall settings. HRT full reinstall. Client full repair. HRT forced repatch.
