Akali's ult

i know the new buff to her ultimate was supposed to get her close to her target not far away from the target everytime i use akali r i dash through them and not even close to procing off my q because i land no where near them if this is how it is intended to work i for one will not evey play her again until it is reverted back to how it was or or fixed
