Trouble with the game please help

Hey guys. So i been having a very annoying problem lately for weeks now when im about to connect to a game it crash and the crash keeps popping up i cannot even close the game or something, i have to "restart" my pc before i can reconnect. I keep forgetting to make a screenshot and when it happens it just keeps popping up, I dont really know how to explain this anyway my game KEEPS crashing and i tried so many things to maybe fix it did reinstall the game twice did check my anti virus stuff it just won't work.. Hope with this post i gave enough information for a fix.
