I recently won a blind pick game with Shen and got an S rank, but all I got was a Key fragment.
I am not sure if you guys can look that up and tell me whats going on but I thought I was supposed to get a chest for getting an S rank.
I believe you get a key frag OR a box.
Have you received a chest when playing Shen before, whether the S rank was earned by yourself or a teammate from a premade? If so, you won't get another chest playing Shen until the next season. You can earn only one chest per champion per season.
Did you still have any chests to earn showing on your profile? If you already earned all the chests, you'll have to wait up to a week for the next chest to be available.
