Stuck at 33% Downloading Unlimited Files (Solution)

So I started up the LoL client today and I got disconnected halfway through the patch and when i reconnected it was stuck at 33% and it scanned up to 8k+ files, I couldnt find a solution to the problem until i found a video on youtube explaining how to fix it. I dont know if im allowed to post the link so i will just tell you what I did.

1. in your game files navigate to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.113
    (so click rads folder click projects etc untill you get to 0.01.113)
2. copy and paste releasemanifest,
3. open the copy using notepad, edit -> select all, and delete everything
4. close the file and rename S_OK
5. open your launcher and get back to playing some LoL

i was downlading files for an hour then i tried this and i got in in less than a minute, I had to share this because i know how frustrating it is.
