Bug between teemo and draven

When teemo wants to hit 1st Q on draven, he can still deal damage even though he IS blinded, i'm almost 100% sure is shouldn't work that way, maybe fix soon? Edit: Draven can deal damage while he is blinded, teemo does deal dmg with q but the blind with it doesnt come (if someone didn't get what i was saying)
