Ornn shop appearing when no Ornn on team

I was playing an aram game and upon opening the shop, I was given the option to buy Ornn's masterwork items despite not having an Ornn on our team. In fact, there wasn't an Ornn in general. The option to buy said items were NOT available until I changed to Kayn's shadow assassin form . Seemed very peculiar and wanted to make a comment on it.

Aside from the shop though, gameplay was running as it should.
