worlds pass (help)

can someone help me, i bought the worlds pass yesterday and i got 400 tokens and i tried to craft my zed chroma but it didnt work, then i tried to craft and orb and the same thing happened. here is a screen shot https://gyazo.com/b17b29ef258759a8f53f84dd35464dfe and i know crafting works because i have played with a gold chroma'd shyvana and i dont know why i cant craft anything, i really dont want to lose my money. if any rioters or players know how to fix this, or whats wrong, please let me know. please email me/comment/msg me what is wrong :/
