Cursor Control Bug on Victory Screeb

Dont have a video for this but in my last game on the victory screen my cursor bugged out and it would not move from the center of the screen in game. Whenever I tried to move it it would wiggle and not actually move. I alt+tabbed and my cursor was stuck in the top left hand corner of my desktop and would not move. What I had to do was shut down my computer using Enter and Alt+F4 (I guess I could have unplugged it) but at one point while alt tabbed i managed to regain cursor control but as soon as I tried to close the League App it stopped moving again, so i'm sure it has something to do with league. Let me know if this is at all relevant, thanks!
