Sion q/r bug possible solution.

So while playing ARAM (and poro king) as Sion... there were times in game when my q and r would fail to work... usually after typing.. After keymashing and dying a few times I could get it to come back on... I have read of other people having this issue. Last Aram game I was Sion and it happened again.. Now, I believe (I could be mistaken) that when I hit caps lock it came back on.... So it got me to wondering if after last update sion's q and r were 'case sensitive' and won't proc on keypress if cap's is on. I am not sure that was the key I hit to get it back it on, and it's hard to recreate in aram... Admittedly, I haven't tried it in summoners yet.. But should be easy to check in code (Say's everyone who doesn't have to deal with the code. ) Bug last happened on 1/30. Thanks for listening and peeking!
