Yes, only in bot matches, I played a lot with jhin on my team and on the other team but was the first time it shows up -was a bot Jhin on the opposite team-

I realize this is kind of off topic but it's related: Why is every champion available as a bot in the vs AI queue, but custom games only allow a limited selection of bots? I'm sorry, just the jhin bot thing made me think of this.
