World's Championship Ward Placement Bug.

While the (new) World's Championship Ward skin is being used, the placement configuration is off (to the right by 10-50 range).
For instance, if my cursor is just inside of baron pit and I click to activate a ward, the ward ends up on the outside of the baron pit (giving me no vision of the inside of the baron pit. I know this bug affects the placement of green wards, but I'm not sure about pink.

How to find this bug:

1. In champ select, make sure to attach the new championship ward skin.
2. In game, attempt to place a ward near the edge of a bush or near a wall (anywhere really.....even in the middle of the lane).
3. Watch where the ward ends up. XD
