"game is still in progress" bug

I just got a leaverbuster punishment... and why? because every 4-6th game is a failure and I won't get into the game because of this bug... I can't play league before this bug is fixed or I get banned.

The only way to solve this is by Long Off ur PC but when u return to the Match , Game automatic punish u with have more then 5 Minutes afk and will not have any experience or IP won.
